Salisbury Jefferson Jigger $100 - $199 Sterling Silver RattleThomas Jeffersons friend and teacher, George Wythe, passed away in 1806, willing him two silver cups . Preferring a more modern style, he set out to have them redesigned. So he sent them off to Virginia silversmith, John Letelier, instructing him to melt the cups and remake them into a more popular tumbler design.
