TR Ceramic Hair Rollers hair oils InstructionsGet that voluminous 90s blowout using our TR ceramic thermal rollers! Section your hair, blow dry and apply the roller while your hair is still warm. Start from the bottom, roll towards your head, and pin. Use the smaller rollers where you want more of a curl, and the bigger rollers for more volume.
